There are tear-out worksheets for your pediatrician interviews, your birthing plan, a feeding and diapering log, a food intake sheet and so many others for every aspect of your pregnancy and beyond. The Baby File is hard covered and spiral bound which makes it very durable. I really like this book because it is so colorful and best yet, it is user friendly and very easy to read and comprehend. It also provides you with a question and answer section at the end of each chapter to help with any of your unanswered questions. The Baby File is by far, one of the best baby prep books I’ve seen!
